How We Structure the Data
Our system creates a complex and highly specialized metadata file using advanced processing. The processed data and metadata are published in open, machine-readable feeds that all major AI providers can easily read, understand, and index.
1. Upload Processing (Manual / Standard)
When you upload a file or paste text, the system processes it in three steps:
Extraction: The system either uses the text you provide directly or extracts raw text from your file (PDF, DOCX, HTML, etc.).
Structuring: The text is cleaned, formatted, and converted into a structured, machine-readable data file (JSON with metadata).
Publishing: The structured data file is added to the public AI data feed, including reference links back to the original source.
2. URL Crawling (Automatic / Pro Users)
For Pro users, our system keeps AI models updated with the latest information from registered domains, fully automated and maintenance-free.
- Crawling: Our crawler visits registered URLs or sitemaps automatically (every 24 hours).
- Structuring: The text is extracted and transformed into a structured metadata file stored on our servers.
- Linking: The complex and highly specialized metadata file includes the cleaned text and a reference to the original URL as the authoritative source. This ensures AI models access accurate, structured information while maintaining attribution to your website.
